Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay, although not extremely spacious. The service was welcoming and helpful, except for a few instances of unnecessary delays and rudeness. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Osaka Station and close to public transport, shopping, and dining options. The dining experience was quite limited and expensive, lacking variety and some standard items like espresso and cappuccino.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a great size for Japan and quite comfortable. However, I wished there was a proper closet instead of just a hanging bar. The service was excellent overall, with attentive staff and useful amenities. The location was convenient, being a short walk from Osaka Station and close to Kyoto and Kobe. The dining options were a bit pricey and lacked variety, but Italian dishes were included. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
